Introduction

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made on Nano Bananart, an AI image generation service that uses a credit system and optional subscriptions. Because our product delivers digital content and metered usage immediately, most purchases are final.

This policy works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What You Are Purchasing

  • Credits that are consumed to generate images or use other metered features.
  • Optional subscriptions that periodically grant credits and product access during each billing period.
  • We do not sell physical goods. Digital items are generally non-refundable once delivered or consumed.

Free and Promotional Credits

  • Free or promotional credits (for example, free credits on first social sign-up) are not cash, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not refundable or redeemable for money.
  • We may change promotional amounts or eligibility at any time.

One-time Purchases of Credits

  • All one-time credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account.
  • Exceptions we may consider, at our sole discretion:
    • Duplicate or accidental charges for the same purchase.
    • Unauthorized payment method use (with proof; we may require additional verification).
    • A verified, extended service incident that prevented any use of purchased credits shortly after purchase and before any usage occurred.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds or partial credits for unused time or unused credits within a billing period.
  • If a subscription renewal processed in error (for example, you canceled but were still charged), contact support and we will review and correct if applicable.

Taxes, Fees, and Currency

  • Prices may exclude taxes; applicable taxes are shown at checkout when possible and collected by our payment providers.
  • Currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank are not controlled by us and are not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact support with the following details:

  • Account email used for the purchase.
  • Order or invoice number, and payment provider if known.
  • Date and amount charged.
  • Reason for the refund request and any relevant evidence (e.g., duplicate charge screenshot).

We may request additional information to verify your identity and purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by provider and bank, typically 5–10 business days after we approve the refund.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, your account may be suspended during the investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Service Incidents

We aim for high availability. If a verified, extended incident prevents access or usage, we may, at our discretion, issue service credits or other remedies. This policy does not guarantee compensation for outages.

Country-specific Rights

You may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws. For EU or UK consumers, digital content may be exempt from withdrawal once delivery begins with your consent. We will comply with any non-waivable statutory rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting here with an updated effective date.
